TEZAS FOUNDATION FOR DISABLED A TRUST established in the year 2014. TEZAS FOUNDATION FOR DISABLED works for the empowerment of the children with disabilities and underserved children in rural areas across India.

To increase accessibility to education and employment opportunities to visually Impaired by using technology and providing comprehensive vocational training.

To serve rural and underserved areas of the country, TEZAS have moved beyond ‘gap-filling’ initiatives into capacity building activities across India. TEZAS FOUNDATION helps in building a self-reliant and sustainable society across all rural areas and underserved areas. Satyanarayana Prasad (NAGAPRASAD) himself Visually Impaired served Several NGO’s more than 20 years as Volunteer and Trainer for Visually Implied Students.

WHY WE STARTED TEZAS FOUNDATION FOR DISABLED?

As development aspects, NGOs have become the main service providers in India, but all NGO’s is unable to fulfill its traditional role in rural areas across India. To serve rural and underserved areas of the country, TEZAS have moved beyond ‘gap-filling’ initiatives into capacity building activities across India. TEZAS FOUNDATION helps in building a self-reliant and sustainable society across all rural areas and underserved areas.

Education

Education is a basic necessity for everyone in society. For visually challenged students, education has to be implemented through special books called Braille Books and voice enabled training digital recordings. These Materials are not accessible to the economically backward classes of the society. This becomes a hurdle in their overall growth. Through Braille script, a visually challenged student would be able to read and write as a normal visual student.

Accomodation

As available recourses of TEZAS Foundation, took this as a challenge in helping orphan and economically backward visually challenged students to complete their education by providing them free hostel facilities

Placements

The blinds and visually impaired people, who are graduates, should never lose their hope in finding the appropriate job for themselves. There several career options which are ideal for them. For blind and visually impaired persons, finding a job is much more possible than in years past.

Our working processin 3 steps

Providing services including quality education, accommodation, food, vocational training and jobs for qualified disable persons with specialized training.

FOOD

Each Day food costs Rs.15 per student.
You can contribute for one child Food expenses of Rs. 5,400
Apart from this we will accept all types of groceries like Rice, Dal, and Vegetable oil ect.

BUILDING FUND

You can also contribute for Free hostel Construction fund. The estimated cost of the Building is Rs. 80,00,000 (Rs. Eighty Lacks)

COMPUTER TRAINING

Salaries for staff: Rs. 19,000 (Rs. 9,500 for each Teacher (Qualified visually implied) Institute rent: Rs. 20,000

WE ARE

To promote primary and higher education among the visually impaired, disabled and underprivileged people.

To provide employment opportunities to the disabled and the needy.

To foster artistic, cultural and recreational avenues for persons.

ACCOMODATION

A new study by an international children's charity has found that 4 per cent of India's child population of 20 million are orphans.

EDUCATION

TEZAS believes that unless members of the society get involved personally in the process of greater change and development, sustainable change will not happen.
